Cardi B and BIA Reignite Their Feud With an Explosive X Spaces Rant

Leo Carter ·

Cardi B went on the offensive against BIA in a scathing Spaces rant Thursday, days after the rapper doubled down on her 'SUE MEEE?' diss track — reigniting a beef that dates back to 2023.

Cardi B is feeling pretty and petty again. The Grammy-winning rapper reignited her feud with BIA on Thursday, hopping into an explosive X Spaces session after the Massachusetts native appeared to double down on the claims from her “SUE MEEE?” Cardi diss track.

The sparks started when a fan posted a clip of BIA previewing her 2024 Cardi B diss. BIA jumped into the replies, writing “Ok then Talk about how it was ALL true.” She also denied ever getting romantic with Cardi’s estranged husband, Offset: “LIESSSSSS NEVER WOULD I EVER.”

A Scathing Rant

Word of BIA mentioning Cardi made it back to the Bronx native, who went to Spaces and unleashed a withering rant. “B—h, you’re a f–king weirdo. B—h, you wanna have beef with me so bad. You need to have beef with God,” she spewed. “It ain’t my fault you ain’t never made it.”

Cardi pushed back on BIA’s claims that the Grammy winner had copied one of her music videos, and shut down rumors she says BIA started about her cheating on Offset when they were together.

“One thing about me in the industry, nobody could ever say that I was f–kin’ with nobody,” Cardi said on the Spaces, defending herself against the infidelity claims.

The 33-year-old also listed her true inspirations — Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Beyoncé and Madonna — saying she looks up to none of BIA’s work. Billboard has reached out to BIA’s reps for comment.

Their beef dates back to possibly 2023, when BIA told Hot 97 that the root of their issue was alleged creative similarities between her “Really Her” project and Cardi’s “Enough (Miami).” It boiled over in 2024 with “SUE MEEE?,” which Cardi answered with “Pretty & Petty” from her 2025 album “Am I the Drama?“. Things had cooled for much of this year — Cardi even told fans in Boston to stop bullying BIA — before Thursday stirred the pot all over again.

Why It Matters

Rap beefs move culture, and this one has drawn in everyone from Offset to Doja Cat — who made amends with BIA the same day Cardi struck. For fans, it’s appointment viewing: a chart-topping superstar versus a breakout rapper who keeps landing shots. After months of quiet, this feud just went from simmer to boil, and it’s a safe bet it isn’t done yet.
